Pillar & Vine received $7,450 for a new program for children in foster care and the community, “Camp S.K.I.L.L.S (Supporting Kids in Learning Leadership-based Skills)”. The curriculum is designed to provide children with the opportunity to participate in psycho-education, develop social skills, and learn how to maintain and manage emotions as they enter into adulthood.

While this is a new project, Pillar & Vine has had a successful Emotional Regulation & Social Skills program and  Camp S.K.I.L.L.S will be an additional component. Two sessions of this week-long camp will take place. A total of 24 children are expected to participate.
